This RN position is multifaceted in assisting our 26 bed Assisted Living site, Home Front First, and 6 Adult/Child Care Foster homes, Health Providers, with a 245D license for the disabled in Montevideo.
Some of the duties include:
* Providing staff training
* Supervision of medication management
* Ensuring the facilities are meeting regulations according to licensure requirements
* Working closely with the residents in assessing their health care needs
* Admission of new residents
* Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
This position will report to the Director of Nursing Services for Partners Senior Living Options.
This salaried position is scheduled for Monday-Friday day hours; however, flexibility is needed.
*There is minimal on call for this position as we partner with Aspire Clinical Intelligence for after hours and weekend on call.*
As the Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to residents.
